Take-Two, Rockstar's parent company, obtained court approval for subpoenas seeking user records from Discord and Microsoft in connection with leaked Grand Theft Auto 6 material. Discord states it has not yet received the subpoena and will review how legitimate and broad the request is before handing over anything. Users have raised concerns that the demands for account information appear unusually sweeping.
