The FCC wants consumers to rate their telecom’s anti-robocall protections

The FCC is proposing a system that would let consumers grade how well their phone carriers block unwanted automated calls. Alongside that, the commission removed 14 voice service providers from U.S. networks after they failed to comply with existing robocall rules.
