Attackers reportedly broke into systems at the Philippines' nuclear agency by taking advantage of long-standing unpatched vulnerabilities in ownCloud file-sharing software. The intrusion resulted in the theft of internal reactor databases along with employee records and stored login credentials, exposing staff personal information.
