Florida says motor vehicle data breach tied to credentials stolen from officer’s personal device

Florida's motor vehicle agency acknowledged a breach of its systems after login credentials kept on a police officer's personal device were stolen. The cybercriminal group ShinyHunters had asserted responsibility for the intrusion, which involved access to driver and vehicle records.
