A List of ICE Subpoenas to Tech Companies

EFF has compiled a running list of administrative subpoenas that ICE and DHS have issued to technology platforms seeking subscriber information about their users, including people who filmed immigration enforcement, posted criticism of the government, or joined protests. Records show hundreds of such demands went to Meta, Google and Twitter between 2018 and 2020, plus 21 sent to Reddit in the latter half of 2025.
