You must submit a 'verifiable consumer request' with enough information for them to confirm your identity; they aim to respond within 45 days (up to 90 with an extension), or within one month for GDPR/UK requests. Note that if you are an influencer, your data is covered by Traackr's separate Influencer Privacy Notice, so you may need to submit a request under that notice as well.
