PacificEast has no self-service opt-out form. You must send a written request either by mail (PacificEast Research Inc., Attn: Office of the COO, 8625 SW Cascade Ave., Suite 250, Beaverton, OR 97008) or by email to privacy@pacificeast.com; the policy warns that requests sent any other way will be ignored. They will only act after verifying you are the data subject, and since they say they are only a processor, they may direct you back to the company that hired them.
