KYC Data is a source compiler of public record data for marketing and research. We compile new homeowners, refinancers and home equity borrowers. KYC Data compiles courthouse deed/mortgage records and sells them to marketers. Use their self-service consumer portal at consumer.kycdata.com to see your record and get a link to suppress future sales input your name, address and an email address, then click the confirmation email before you can view or suppress the data. Portal access is rate-limited per day, and if it fails you can email consumers@kycdata.com. Since they continually add new deed records, re-check if you buy or refinance property.
