There is no dedicated opt-out tool: to have your data deleted you must use the site's general "contact us"/send-a-message link and invoke your UK GDPR 'right to be forgotten'. They will then contact you to verify your identity (the request cannot be completed without this) and deleting your data closes your account. For marketing emails only, you can instead use the unsubscribe link in any promotional email or change settings in your Give as you Live account.
