Enigma aggregates U.S. business data (including business-to-business contact info that can identify individuals) and licenses it to customers. Access, correction and deletion requests go by email to privacy@enigma.com (or by mail to their New York office); the policy also references a separate "Do Not Share or Sell My Personal Information" webpage for opting out of sales/sharing, though the direct link isn't included in this text. Expect to verify your identity, ideally by sending the request from the email address associated with your information.
