Salesforce offers a privacy rights request form (linked as "this form" from its privacy page); you can also email privacy@salesforce.com, call 1-800-931-7365, or write to its Data Protection Officer in San Francisco. Its own CCPA metrics report deletion requests completed in about 10 days on average, and it may ask you to verify your identity. Note that for data Salesforce processes on behalf of its business customers you must contact that company, not Salesforce; ad/cookie tracking is handled separately via the "Cookie Preferences" link in the site footer.
