Be aware the policy says deletion is handled by de-identifying forum account data (changing username, scrambling email, replacing IP with 1.1.1.1), and that City-Data treats the public records it republishes (property assessments, sex offender listings, etc.) as publicly available information outside the CCPA's scope, so those listings may not be removed.
