Catalist is a political data broker; privacy requests (deletion and opt-out of sale) go through a request form linked in the "Privacy Options" section of its privacy policy, or by phone at (800) 938-9516, with questions to privacy@catalist.us. You must verify your identity and state residency, and note that 'deletion' only covers data collected directly from you, so you should separately exercise the opt-out of sale to have your info removed from their voter/political data products and added to a suppression list. Their own 2025 metrics show delete/opt-out requests fulfilled in about 7.4 days on average, though roughly 15% were denied for failed identity verification.
