Black Knight is the premier provider of integrated technology, data and analytics that lenders and servicers look to first to help successfully manage the entire loan lifecycle. Black Knight is now part of Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), and rights requests go through ICE's "Privacy Web Form" (linked from the privacy policy page) or by mail/phone at 1-866-294-4493. ICE says it will require you to prove your identity, and much of the mortgage/borrower data it holds is processed as a service provider for lenders \u2014 in that case you must contact the lender directly. Separately, New Jersey Daniel's Law-style public records suppression requests must be emailed to [email protected]. No response deadline is stated in the text.
