Arity collects driving/location data through insurance and app-partner SDKs and uses it for analytics and targeted advertising. Privacy rights requests (access, deletion, correction) go through Arity's online request webform or by calling 1-800-654-1412; there is a separate advertising opt-out webform and a 'Your Privacy Choices' page, and because the ad services run inside partner apps you may also need to opt out directly with those Business Clients. Responses can take up to 45 days and Arity may ask you to verify your name and email.
